Okay, I have a confession. When I grow up, I want to be like Latoya Ali from Latoya Forever. She is so super funny to me! She seems like such a good mom, friend, wife, and daughter. So when she launched her 30 day fitness program, She’s Tough, I had to join in. Plus the introductory price is only $27.00!!
But wait…I have another confession. I have not been 100% honest with you at all. I started working on earlier this year, in January to be exact. I hired a trainer and worked out consistently; 3 days a week, for 2 months. Then I stopped. I tried to eat healthy and continue with my smoothies in the morning, but yeaaaa…that did not work out.
I know it may not look like it, but in the photo above, I was a size 10. After working out for two months, I managed to get back to my usual size 8, but I am still not satisfied. I want to get down to a size 6 and be able to wear crop tops, without fear of my foopa showing.
So I am excited to take on this 30 day challenge from LaToya and get my life back in order with the She’s Tough program. I will NOT wait for the new year. The website has a meal plan, grocery list, videos, and pretty much everything you need to successfully complete this program. I plan to start on October 1st and I will keep you all up to date on my progress. Follow me on Instagram to see my before and after photos.
In the meantime, I need to get my workout attire in check. It is a good thing I won’t need to buy new sneakers though. Thanks to Dryel, I can just throw these bad boys into the dryer with a dry cleaning sheet from my refill kit. It will give my kicks the boost that they need to freshen them up. I have been finding so many uses for this stuff and it is amazing. I have spot cleaned my mattress, the couch, and now my sneakers. Thanks Dryel!
Now where are my Oreos?
