This past weekend, I kicked off my Saturday with a fun and very information Fall Fashion preview at Saks OFF 5th, located at the Vineland Outlets in Orlando, Florida. Our hostess was none other than, OrlandoFashionGirl! I was so excited to meet her and she was so super sweet.
Prior to this event, I had never stepped foot into Saks OFF 5th and boy was I ashamed!
This store is awesome and it has everything a girl could want to shop for. I mean look at this wall o’ purses!!! And this was just a small selection.
I did not even capture the shoe section, since I was too busy trying on shoes. But I did get some awesome tips for us Floridians who cannot wait to switch from Summer to Fall. Here are some fashionable tips to help you transform your wardrobe for the Fall season.
Jackets In Florida?
Being that we live in Florida, it is kind of hard to gauge what the temperature will be during the Fall season. But the best complements to any Fall/Florida outfit would be a bomber jacket OR a motorcycle jacket. Both are great options and can take your look to a whole other level.
You can pair the motorcycle jacket with a white tee and skinny jeans with knee-high boots or a pair of ankle boots.
The bomber jacket looks great over a knee-length jersey or maxi dress with sneakers or a sexy heel.
I fell totally in love with these high-waisted pants. They help elongate your legs if you’re short; although you may need to hem the bottom of the pants. This color is perfect for the Fall and can be paired with a black or white mock turtleneck and super high heels to help you float higher.
Stop Mocking Me
Mock turtlenecks are an awesome choice for semi-Fall weather. You still get that cozy look, but without the chunky neck coverage. I love mock turtlenecks and cowl necks, because look classy and can be worn with pretty much anything.
Sequins are not just for New Years! This dress can be worn to a dinner party or Holiday party. The colors scream Fall time and the sequins look like so much fun.
This is my favorite time of the year. I cannot wait to pull out my boots and jackets. Even though I won’t wear them for long. What are some of your favorite fashion tips for preparing your wardrobe or your closet for the change of season? Comment below!
Thank you to my girl Tian and her hubby for loaning me your photos AND taking photos for me during the event. I appreciate it.
