I absolutely love listening to podcasts while I’m at work or driving in my car, because (a) I don’t have cable, so I don’t know what is going on outside of my own little world and (b) I highly dislike listening to the radio!
There is something for everyone out there and you can find them on iTunes, Soundcloud, and YouTube!
For the past few months, I have been listening to a select few and so I decided to share them with you today. Feel free to subscribe and leave reviews for the ones you like! Comment below and let me know if there are any podcasts you recommend I add to this list.
Up & Coming:
The Groove (available on YouTube as a visual podcast): this right here LADIES and GENTS is one of my new favorites! It is a group of men that get together and discuss relationship topics from a mans perspective. I mean ladies, come on…if there was ever a time we needed to get inside the mind of a man…this would be it! They posted a pilot show their YouTube channel for you to hear. Check it out and show them some love. A new episode is coming soon and I can’t wait! Now if only they would invite some of us ladies on the show, things might get a bit interesting…
Shade in Full: Get the run down on all things from entertainment to them dirty politics with LC and Kels. By the way, these two are hilarious together! Listen up as they give you the scoop on politics, reality shows, drama between celebrities, and so much more. They are hilariously truthful and you will be fashionably entertained by them. Be sure to hit that subscribe button and leave a positive review for them.
Something for Everyone:
The Workaholics: News & Entertainment; Joe Ferneezy sits down with the Workaholics Crew to catch up on life, entertainment, sports, and other news. These guys are too cool for school, let me tell you. They get into a wide range of topics like depression and healthy eating to music and the latest in sports. I am still waiting for them to invite me on the show! Haha!
The Goal Digger : Jenna Kutcher (I wonder if she’s related to Ashton) gives us Girl Bosses some expert advice on how to reach your goals. Each podcast is like a coaching session and I cannot get enough. Thanks Jenna for teaching me how to be a Goal Digger! “…’cause she aint messin’ with no broke…”
The Rich Dad Radio Show: Now I know almost everyone has read his book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. If not, get the book here and you have some homework to do! Robert Kiyosaki gives advice on money like no other and he also has special guests on his show from all areas of finance. Definitely a good one to listen to.
The Chalene Show : This is definitely a life coaching experience. Chalene gives tips on fitness and healthy eating, but she also motivates you to keep going through faith and family.
Joyce Meyer TV Audio: This is one that I was listening to before podcasts became podcasts. I don’t even think I need to say much about Mrs. Meyer. If you need some faith-based listening for your drive to work or morning run, then this is a good one to download.
Drink Champs: Check this out! DJ EFN and N.O.R.E have a podcast! Yes! I had a hard time choosing between this and Joe Budden’s podcast. Sorry Joe, but the stories these fellas tell are EPIC! Please go listen…nothing more to say…
“Self Help”, but Not Really:
The Friend Zone: a hilarious podcast with Dustin Ross, HeyFranHey, and Assante. They discuss mental health, mental wealth, and mental hygiene.
Well there you have it; my current list of podcasts. There are a zillion more available for you to choose, but let me know what you think about my list and recommend others below! Until next time…
